Higgsfield pricing: budget for attempts, not just clips.

The subscription price alone does not tell you what a video workflow will consume. Model, settings, image preparation and retries all matter. Use the current credit display in your account to estimate the work you actually plan to do. Our calculator makes those assumptions visible without inventing a fixed price per video or a country-specific tariff.

Quick answer

Check the current plan and billing period on the official website, then read the credit cost for your selected model and settings. Budget for every attempt and all image preparation. Subscription credits do not roll over; top-ups expire after 90 days according to the official guide. Developer API pricing is separate from website subscription pricing.

Read the billing period before comparing plans

A monthly equivalent for an annually paid plan is not the amount charged each month. Check the full annual payment, renewal period and what happens if you change or cancel. Compare plans using the same payment interval rather than comparing two differently labelled headline numbers.

We have not confirmed a dated country-specific checkout amount for this guide, so we do not publish a tariff table. Check the displayed currency, taxes and payment conditions for your account. Converting a USD number yourself does not turn it into a verified EUR or GBP offer.

  • Identify monthly payment versus annual prepayment.
  • Read the actual total and currency at checkout.
  • Compare features and allowed modes alongside the price.

Calculate the whole exercise

For each finished clip, count planned video attempts and the credits shown for one attempt. Add all image-generation attempts needed to prepare that clip. Then add a reserve you choose for further revisions. These are your planning assumptions, not provider guarantees.

The calculator uses: clips × (attempts × video credits + image credits) × (1 + reserve / 100). Image credits mean the total of all image attempts per finished clip. If your source image already exists and costs no credits to prepare, enter zero for that field.

Estimate your credit budget

The defaults are made-up planning inputs, not Higgsfield prices. Replace them with the costs shown in your account.

336 creditsEstimated requirement, not a price quote.

Clips × (attempts × video credits + image credits) × (1 + reserve ÷ 100). Round up to whole credits.

Check costs again when settings change

Read the generation button after choosing the model, mode, duration and output settings. When you change those selections, inspect the displayed cost again. A previous attempt’s cost does not establish the price of a different configuration.

Keep an attempt log with the input, settings, cost and result. Count rejected versions in the production budget instead of dividing the bill only by successful submissions. Use a fixed stopping point to keep an experiment from becoming an open-ended spend.

  • Include unsuccessful creative attempts in your estimate.
  • Record the selected settings with the displayed cost.
  • Recheck before moving the workflow into automation.

Allowance and top-ups have different expiry rules

The official credits guide says subscription credits do not roll over. Unused allowance therefore should not be treated as a growing reserve for a later project. Top-up credits expire after 90 days; verify the current terms before buying a larger pack.

Match the purchase to the work you realistically expect to complete. This calculator estimates credit need only. It does not guarantee results, tell you how a disputed charge will be handled or determine which subscription you should buy.

Keep website and developer API budgets separate

The developer API has separate pricing from the website plan. MCP and CLI are automation routes described by the website credit documentation, not a reason to assume that free or unlimited website modes remain free when called by an assistant.

The official guide says MCP, CLI, Canvas and Supercomputer generations always consume credits. If your workflow uses both website tools and an API, track each billing source independently. Follow the partner link only after checking that the current plan fits the work and the interface you need.

Questions before you start

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

The official credits guide says they do not. Check the current plan and billing cycle before treating unused allowance as future production capacity.

How long are top-up credits valid?

The official credits guide states 90 days. Check the current purchase terms before buying a pack.

Is the calculator a price quote?

No. It estimates credits from your inputs. It does not know the current checkout price, available models, taxes or how many attempts your project will actually need.
